    公路功能決定技術(shù)等級的選用

    一直以來(lái),在確定公路技術(shù)等級的諸多考慮因素中,由于交通量是唯*可以明確量化的指標,各地往往都以交通量作為技術(shù)等級選用的決定性要素,造成路網(wǎng)等級結構不合理,功能與需要脫節。

    "新標準"打破了傳統觀(guān)念,明確公路功能作為確定技術(shù)等級和主要技術(shù)指標的主要依據。要求在公路建設時(shí),先要根據項目的地區特點(diǎn)、交通特性、路網(wǎng)結構,分析擬建項目在路網(wǎng)中的地位和作用,明確公路功能及類(lèi)別;然后以功能為主,結合交通量、地形條件選用技術(shù)等級;再以技術(shù)等級為主,結合地形條件選用設計速度,并由設計速度控制路線(xiàn)平縱設計;根據公路功能、等級、設計速度,結合交通量、地形條件、通行能力等因素綜合考慮選用車(chē)道數、橫斷面各組成部分的尺寸、各類(lèi)構造物的技術(shù)指標或參數、各類(lèi)設施的配置水平等。這項調整將對路網(wǎng)結構的形成產(chǎn)生深遠影響。
